This research paper aims to analyze the correlation between exercises of people and well-being of them. It is essential to recognize that the life satisfaction should be linked with wellbeing. As stated by Fox (1999) that physical activity will affect mental wellbeing when people are engaging and pressures or anxieties can be released to improve the health situation. The meaning of this paper will be valuable to really recognize the correlation and to suggest future advices.
Descriptive statistics have been displayed in the form of tables to show results through data collection of the questionnaire investigation. The correlation between daily exercises and wellbeing has been used variables of gender and age. The population of the entire female participants was larger than male’s. Except for those missed data, the proportion of female’s was 60.9% while male’s was 35.6%. When analyzing data through the age variable, details have been illustrated through the above table to show the brief situation that the importance of daily exercises has been confirmed to increase wellbeing.
However, female groups have emphasized on more about daily exercises than male groups. They preferred to believe that when engaging in physical activities and they would forget those unhappy things. Mental wellbeing of those female respondents have been greatly increased through the engagement of daily exercises. Moreover, most of participants have shown that they have done moderate exercise over 30 minutes for about 5-6 times during the previous 14 days. Especially in the perspective of university students and office staffs, they thought one of the effective ways to relax themselves was doing exercises. They preferred to engage in moderate exercises since pressures could be fully released while bodies would not be hurt. They have indicated that sometimes daily works would bring adverse influence and when doing moderate exercises, they have experienced happinesses to relax fully. After processing moderate exercises, they could finish works more efficiently to meet their expectations no matter in jobs or school works as well as the relationship maintenance within the social networking.
